Room was adequate with the standard amenities and maids did not flaw in making up the rooms. The staffs at the front desk n concierge need to smile more and be pro-active. Had a view of the expressway which turns out to be quite favorable in order to check the traffic conditions. It has vey good pool and from part of the rooms - very good view to highways of Bangkok. Very good location. Choos it, really. One minus - not tasty restuarant indoors, but you can nave a lot of opportunities to have a good meal outdoors." |

We were unimpressed that we were told it was compulsory for us to attend the New Years Eve Gala Dinner and made to pay 2200 baht for it only to find that many of the guests staying at the hotel did not attend, therefore it must not have been compulsory. Had it been worth the money however we would not have minded but the hefty price only included one drink and the standard of the meal was very average. The rooms were a little dirty and while some of the staff were helpful and friendly, others were not at all helpful or friendly." |
