It is almost never offered because the driver is the hotel porter who is always busy moving luggage.Otherwise a value for money hotel." |

The staff were friendly and heplfull. We liked the breakfast buffet at street level. Our room was spotlessly cleaned. You have a notice in the lift to say not to use taxi outside as they are not with the hotel. I needed to go to the airport and they directed me straight there. When i asked the driver to put the meter on, he refused. I then went back to reception & the ladies would not help me, in fact walked away from me when i challenged her about the sign in the lift. They would not call me a taxi so i waited and hailed a taxi myself who was more than happy to put the meter on. i felt extremely let down, first time to thailand & again the ladies at your reception desk was the rudest i ve encounter.
